Hatching day advice! Should the eggs be moving?

It is moving and chirping. The hair is stuck to the membrane. How can I damp in the membrane enough to get it off of the chick

Ok, use a q-tip and dab a little on the membrane. How is the humidity?

Okay, she is out of the egg. It's on her wing and her head. Should I let her rest a minute before I try to clean her off?

Make sure nothing is blocking her nasal passages. If so, use a damp q-tip and gently clean it away. Otherwise, keep her warm and let her rest and dry.

Only if you notice dry membranes. Otherwise, leave em be, and keep check on humidity. Low humidity will increase dry membranes at hatch.

On another note... what should I do about these other 2 eggs? My humidity has been good, but what if they shrink wrapped? One was rolling a couple of days ago and nothing now. Should I candle them?
I'm on day 22 and they both went into lockdown alive.
