hatching different duck eggs

hi i am new to this game and have aylesbury and call ducks in the incubator , they are on day 23 and i was wondering when i should stop turning the eggs

Pretty sure you stop turning three days before the supposed due date (ie on day 25)

I stand to be corrected by a more knowledgeable person...............
