On day 20 and big end has pipped, should I pip smaller end?

NO!
I wouldn't do anything. If the shell has a pip in it, they are breathing air from the outside and resting.Just make sure your humidity is at the proper level for lock down and resist opining up the incubator unless its a dire emergency. Its better to wait and do nothing than to start poking at your eggs,and keep opening up the incubator letting the humidity escape,which puts your other eggs at risk.

My others haven’t pip just worried about the double one. Its day 21 and they didn't go in until afternoon so not worried yet

Sorry didn't realize you were talking about a double yoke one. It happens,but very rarely do both survive. So don't get your hopes up to much,but I wish you the best of luck and will keep my fingers crossed for you.

I will check them when we get back, the other eggs hadn't pipped yet. They are brown eggs so hard to see anything when candling. This is my first time too. I had two that cracked I sealed with wax. They kept going but now had some blood come from the crack. Not sure if they started to pip causing it. Didn't happen until day 19.
