If I planned this right could I hatch out chicken and duck together in the bator? If started the duck eggs first and then added the chicken 5 days later at 100 degrees with a 40 to 50 % humidity? I could do a lock down together for the 3 days prior to hatch date. I have never used the misting of water to increase humidity but I will to get it up in the 75% range. How does that sound? Comments? I have a mercury and a digital temp/humidity thermometer in on top of the eggs in the bator now (load of ckn eggs due the 9th) and there is only a variation in temp when I open the lid to add water to the wells. Auto turner. Do-able? Thanks for any comments.
