Hatching duck eggs. Help me kind duck enthusiasts!!

I believe that hygrometers can vary a lot. As can thermometers. I'm struggling with this myself.

My biggest problem right now is my thermometer. The digital reads 99 while my incubator thermometer reads 102. Not quite sure which one is wrong... But it has to be 102 for still air. :/

I would leave it where it is, if its lower, they will just be a couple days late.

Yes, anything over 103 for extended periods will cause death/serious issues. Above 97 and you don't run into birth defects due to too low temperatures
