Leave the baby as is..until it starts to make noise. Quacks..I am so used to hatching chicks, but I can't imagine that assisting is much different. I did assist the last few ducks that I hatched for this same friend. You really have to make sure that the bleeding is slowing down. You can tell by the look of the membrane..of course. Are those blood vessels getting smaller? The biggest thing to worry about actually .. when assisting..to me anyway, is once it's done, how do their legs/feet look. If they are in the shell in this particular position for too long, can cause splayed legs. Then you have to tape legs. Usually not too bad a thing.
Post more photos of the baby if you haven't done anything more. Close up of the membrane part. See if I can help.
I have photos of a chick that I assisted .. maybe these will help. A bit at a time.

I was assisting 2 .. as you can see by the pencil marks, they were
pipped at the wrong end. I had given them time, but they got too
quiet on me while they were just sitting in the same area as the hole.
Soo, helped them a bit at a time. See the membrane on the left one?
Too soon to keep picking on it. Probably needed another 2 hrs. from
the looks of it..can't remember now. The one on the right started
waking up, so I went ahead and started taking more membrane
and shell away.

Took a photo of the one that I finished up first.

They are sleepy for a while, but wake up and are running around
before you know if..the blood has been finally absorbed, and,
that the yolk had also been absorbed. This is why you...wait.
Patience.
