That's terribly tragic, I'm sorry!

I don't think that's gonna be warm enough. Do you have a cooler you could put them in, even an old styrofoam one would help insulate the heat in.

Those ideas might work, but is there any friends or neighbors you could borrow an incubator from? It would probably improve the hatch rate.
Also, do you think misting the eggs or the area around them for increased humidity would help? I haven't hatched duck eggs but I think they need extra moisture if I'm not mistaken.
