I know I know I know, I shouldn’t have got a cheap Chinese incubator but I did and now I’m regretting it! How does it work?! I’ve Set the temp for 38.3 for duck eggs as the instructions said. But to be honest that’s as much of the instructions as I understand! It’s automatic turning so that’s one thing I don’t have to do!
do I close the fan vent hole?
Do I add water to the tray that’s below the rollers? If so how much? And opening the incubator worries me to add water if the eggs are in there which should be a lot a constant temp?
Do I spray the eggs?
Thank you!

I believe the temperature, from everything I've read, should be higher than that? There's a lot of info that I got from this video:
Give it a try, the lady in the video describes the vent holes and how she keeps the moisture right. I hope it all works out, keep updates! I'd like to know how it works out for you
