Hi all!
Just bought a brand new RCom Suro, and set it up today-- what a slick little machine! Looks about as "set it and forget it" as an incubator can be. Let's hope it's as idiot-proof as it appears, because we are total newbies at this!
We figured we'd run a test hatch with our own duck eggs-- they'll be Pekin-crosses. The temperature is set at 99.5, but where do I set the humidity? I know there's a running debate on humidity levels for chicken eggs, but do the same considerations apply to waterfowl eggs?
Anyone who's been successfully hatching duck eggs (especially in a Suro)-- where'd you set your humidity for the first 25 days, and also at lockdown?
Thanks in advance for any information you can provide!
