Late chicks can sometimes be sticky - they look wet but are dry. It takes them a bit longer to fluff out. Maybe a day or two.

Yes, I take them out. Once they get to running around they fluff on out.

You can leave them. If they are hendering the hatch or pecking new babies you can take them out. Do it quick.
