Thanks! I see you have the cemani. I had a couple of attempts at hatching eggs, even got some chicks but they didn't make it a week. :-( How close are you to redding? I saw somewhere you had eggs for sale.

I am looking into getting what I can afford in Lavender Marans, I only have one incubator so it will be about January 21rst 2015 if they are laying

mottled yes. columbian project barely, mzybe an egg per day. i think those are the only two. have had a number of birds start back up again this week so I suspect within the next few weeks will have a lot more eggs.

I only have 1 hen laying at the moment. i suspect the others will start back up within a week or two though. yes from GFF

Okay! Cool! I would love to get some eggs from you when the girls are feeling generous! I had hatched some from an e-bay seller and I think they were really too large for my Brinsea Mini...needless to say...wasn't pretty. I have a beautiful little Rhodebar roo and he needs a girlfriend or five! LOL

I just got a beautiful cabinet so, no issues with turning!
