I know I've read this somewhere but can't find it! I've been collecting hatching eggs and have 3 dozen saved. If I collect the remaining dozen tmrw, should I wait a full day before putting them in the incubator so they're all the 'same age' ? If I collect tmrw and put them all in, would the freshest ones be a day ahead of the rest?

A fresh laid egg and one that has been stored two weeks, both, have the same incubation period. Put all the eggs in the incubator at the same time; tomorrow if you wish. Waiting a day will not change the outcome one bit.

Make sure the thermometer in your incubator is accurate and the hygrometer as well. Their accuracy is what will give you the best hatch possible; that and eggs from strong, healthy birds.
