What's been the easiest incubator that you've built with your kids?

Looking forward to next spring, I want to build an incubator and hatch some eggs with my 12 year old. I've made one incubator over a decade ago, but my kid was preschool age at the time and only helped with putting eggs in the incubator and keeping me up to date every 5 minutes on the dot. Only looking to maybe hatch a dozen eggs.
