Miss prissy, Goose eggs are easy to incubate. i put mine in a sportsman...But i used to use styrofoam bators. just turn them once in the morning and then again in the afternoon. works great.
Poultrykeepers. Chiocks will start hatching in march.

Cochin eggs are available in assortments.
