Cindy, thanks for letting me know they arrived..sorry to hear one broken, but I hope the hatch goes well. Please let me know when you have chickies.

Ruth, I responded to your pm..whenever you're ready for them. These will be mixed colors..chicks can hatch as black, blue, splash, white, duckwing, bbr and blue breasted red.

Tsagirl - I have to be honest with ya..while some people see the EE eggs as pink, they really are just another shade of brown to me. Just a common thing to call them pink. Altho my one hen does lay a mauvey colored egg which is really pretty. Another is peachy colored and another is a darker peach to tan with brown speckles. Just wanted to give you a heads up before you decide. Personally, I find the blue eggs prettier but that's me.

Let me know what you think. I wouldn't be offended either way.

MBLayfield - I will put you down for the next batch of silkie eggs if you want them. Let me know if you have a preference for ship date.

Sorry Parsonswife, I do not have any bantam EEs..they are standard size. My bantam buff ameraucana are booked solid right now, so I will have to get back to you on those. I have you on the list.

Hi Jody - I PMd you. I'll take a dozen Araucana eggs if you have them for shipping Monday or Tuesday. Are yours laying the blue eggs or are they more green? My Ameracauna/EEs lay the light green eggs and I'm hoping for blue. Did I see your PayPal ID on here somewhere?

Hey Jody,
I finally got my buff orp eggs yesterday. You very plainly put on the box to call for pick up. I called the post office both Tues. and Wed. and they said nothing came in for "call for pick up" but they would deffinately call when the package came in. Yesterday they were delivered to my daughters.

Two were cracked. The rest went in the bator this a.m. I am almost afraid that those cracks were caused from freezeing. The box was in very good shape and your packing was wonderful. Guess I should have waited for warmer weather. Although at the time I said I would take them we were having a heatwave here in MI.

I will let you know what I see in about a week after the first candleing.
Thank you Jody. I don't think you could have done anything differently than you did other than maybe deliver them yourself.

Oh Gayle...The PO never ceases to amaze me. I don't know how they get those salaries and can't even read a message on the box.

That is so frustrating. I'm sorry about all of this. Let me know how things look when you candle. I know what you mean that the temps were perfect for shipping earlier in the week. Who would have thought they would take 3 days from PA to MI.

Good luck and I'm sure there will be some strong survivors in there for you.
