Oh nO!
Why downsizing?

And why now? I'm not allowed to hatch any more until I build a shed, and that's going to take me a little while. Otherwise I'd grab those buff silkies...

a few reasons one is i raise my flock outside of town on my friends property and he says we have to downsize and he is too. if they were here i'd not have to however i live in town so i can't have them here. parting with them is better than haveing to loose all of them or haveing to cull my babies but since i keep them there i have to do as he wishes so we can still have some.

the other is i have a son who is legally blind who has to go to childrens hospital in pittsburgh on the 22nd to see an pediatric eye specialist so we need money to make the trip. we don't know what will lye ahead since this is the first time they r sending us away for a specialist instead of one here so please keep us in your prays.

Will definitely keep you and your son in my prayers!!

Sure wish I could take some of these eggs off your hands, but DH is pretty firm about no more bators or chicks in the house.

thank you i really appreciate it.

mike said no worries buff silkies in one pen we r definately keeping. so just let me know when u r ready for some.

Marie, I tried very hard to convince DH I should hatch just one more set of eggs right now.
He really wants the chicken barn built first.

Wouldy you consider trading some buff silkie eggs for some daylilies? I also have some tall white phlox.

And are all of your buff silkie breeders bearded?
