i got some eggs from a friend, to see if i could hatch out. even though her Birds look great, and now the eggs are hatching in the bator, She told me she does have coccidiosis within her flock , can Coccidiosis Pass through the egg of the hen? and now when they do hatch the chicks will have Coccidiosis no matter what???

Coccidiosis is not vertically transmitted disease. As an embryo they cannot contract the disease.

They get the disease from pecking at fecal matter from other chicken with coccidiosis. It's actually a protozoan that's a parasite.

Only concern I might have is if lots of feces are on eggs and chicks make exploritory pecks at it.

Coccidia are everywhere in the environment (outside). Key is to make the infection gradual when it does occur so birds immune system can keep it in check. Problems arise when is hits all at once.
