hatching eggs in October

Hi,
My local school have asked me if I could hatch some eggs for them, to show the children about life cycles. They want to start it at the beginning of October. Would this be ok with the cold weather.

As long as you can brood them after hatch they should be fine

I've had chicks brooding in the shed with snow on the ground and they were fine.
