BTW yes hatching multiple clutches with different due dates is possible with one incubator, even a cheapy...
So far this season here is what I have packed in my lowly small foam farm innovators incubator modified with fan and extended in height to better accommodate peas...
Start dates are listed, and I'm pretty regular at 21 days for chickens, 28 days for peafowl and 27 days for guinea...
May 24 - 1 regular chicken egg - 1 hatched
May 24 - 3 bantam chicken eggs - 3 hatched
May 24 - 5 peafowl eggs - 5 hatched
May 30 - 4 bantam chicken eggs - 4 hatched
May 30 - 4 peafowl eggs - 3 hatched (1 late quitter)
May 30 - 2 guineafowl eggs - 2 hatched
June 3 - 3 peafowl eggs - 2 hatched (1 late quitter)
June 3 - 1 guineafowl egg - 1 hatched
June 4 - 5 peafowl eggs - 5 hatched
June 4 - 4 guineafowl eggs - 4 hatched
So far 94% hatch success (note this does not take clear into the percentage, they are pulled and not counted, as an infertile egg never had a chance)

Remember this is all in one small foam incubators with hatches happening pretty much every week...
I do bump humidity for hatching days, but I personally have not 'compensated' with lower humidity after that I just let it fall back to the lower humidity after the hatch is complete... The one or two days of high humidity spread out doesn't seem to have much if any effect on air sac size that I notice...
I have an app on my phone (Hatchabatch) so I don't forget when they are due and my 4 year old counts down the days on a calender for each hatch as well... But I'm also hand turning so I'm pretty much on top of things anyway each day...
