Hatching Eggs

I hope so. I put the egg up to my ear this morning and still no pecking, but hopefully soon. His/her little head is right near the air sac!

The duckling didn't make it I should have cracked the **** egg open and helped with the hatch. I did an "eggtopsy". It turns out the membrane was too thick. The duckling was developed fully, no defects, nothing. I feel horrible, I just hope sweet baby didn't suffer.

Keep at it. Next time will be better. Maybe you can order some eggs offline

Stuff happens sometimes that we have no control over. He/she was a beautiful little black duckling. The neighbors are going to let me get more eggs from them as soon as they have some I bought the supplies to make a completely different incubator that's suppose to be better. I just need to find out what a wet bulb is and where I can get one. Then I should be set.
