So I had a plan to get some eggs, run them in a incubator, have the chicks in a brooder over winter, and then by spring I have pullets almost ready to lay. What I didn’t count on was that all hatcheries seem to stop egg production over the fall/winter. Where might I still find eggs? I was looking for Wyandottes, Buff Orpingtons, Welsummers, Copper Marans, Ameraucanas. Can’t seem to find any.

Thanks for any help you can give us.
