Hatching Eggs

I just put some eggs in my incubator and had a few left if i put them in my chickens nest will they sit on them.

Not likely. Sometimes a hen can be coaxed into broodiness by the sight of a full clutch of eggs, but it takes a few days and there is absolutely no guarantee at all that it will work. Broodiness is hormonal in nature and it's not nice to fool Mother Nature
