Hatching eggs.

Hi guys..
I am hatching some duck eggs (Saxony and Cayuga)

The instructions on my incubator tell me to stop the autoturn 2 days before hatching..
What day would that be? I am not sure if they hatch at day 25 or 28??

Stop turning on Day 25, they take 28 days to hatch.
