Hatching for January and February

How is everyones hatching going? I just placed quail eggs in the incubator

I had 11 blue amercuana's and 1 silkie egg under my hen! They started hatching yesterday and by this Am we had 9 hatched. The hen is keeping them under cover. We are planning on pulling the 3 remaining eggs tomorrow evening (Day 23) unless they start hatching; as there is no pipping so far. It pretty cold up here ( -5 C) and we have a heat lamp above the brooder.

Wondering when/if I should intervene and get the chick out of the nest towards food and water?
Currently the oldest chick is 36 hours old and the majority are 24 hours old.

Food and water are about 18 inches from the hen.

Honestly im not sure. Ive never had a hen hatch before

41 eggs on my third hatch of RIR eggs. My hatch rate has gone from 20% up to 50%. Hoping for a 80% hatch rate this time! Im so excited. Hatch day is Feb 26...

Candled all these today only had one with blood rings, looks like 40 made it past week one!
