My little goose had gone broody and is hatching her first clutch as we speak.
We have one duck who hangs with my pair of geese his mate and my other ducks were taken by a fox.
Long story short, I want to slip a couple of little ducking under my goose with her goslongs.
She has 2 hatched today and 2 more eggs. I'm curious how many could she care for, what is a typical clutch size of sucessful hatches.
