Hatching Goslings in an IncuView Incubator

I know it's been a while @CluckNDoodle but how are these geese? Were you able to part with them? Gosh they're adorable I found this by looking for incubator that will turn goose eggs. I have an Incuview and a NR360 to choose from. Currently using NR360 but of course hand turning. How did the Incuview do for turning the Goose eggs? My Incuview also goes through temp spikes and that's actually why I haven't used it again. I'm tempted to give it another try. Did you ever sort out the temp spikes you experienced in your Incuview? Thank you

My friend has the geese, they're doing great and I get to see them occasionally!
The IncuView rocks them well and I would turn them over twice a day, probably not necessary but I did it anyway.
You can get a Turner insert for goose eggs for your NR360s on Etsy!
I didn't fix the IncuView but I did get more comfortable with the spots to avoid, I kept a few thermometers in it at all times and I rotate eggs around the incubator when I use it. I still like the IncuView but now that I have different sized tuners for my NR360s I use them all the time.

Thank you for sharing your experience! That's interesting to hear it's spots that have temp spikes instead of being throughout the incubator. Surprisingly I had a really wonderful hatch rate with chicken eggs, in spite of the temp being all over the place. Of course they all hatched early. Another thing to note is the eggs I'm referring to were local. I'm on day 12 so I think ordering the nr360 insert for the Goose eggs will be a waste unless I plan to hatch more geese, which isn't out of the question Thanks again! I believe I will get the Incuview out and see what it does with several thermometers I'd love to be able to trust it and use it again
