My eggs arestarting day 24 now. I had one pip early on day 18 but didn't absorb his yolk. He didn't make it. Anyways, I just did a float test. All eggs do a low float with about 15% of egg above the water. There is No movement in the eggs when left for 25 seconds to float. I can't hear chirping, No in or external pips and I can't see much in there to assess movement when candling.

What do I do? How much longer should I wait?

Your eggs are probably dead. :( Sometimes chicken eggs may take 25 days for hatching, but since none had movement in the water test I would cull them. If you want, you could perform an eggtopsy to see what went wrong, so you'll know what to do better the next time you incubate eggs.

I would leave them for another 3-4 days. Cold temperatures can delay the hatch date. Have you been disturbing them much? Can you post a pic of your candling results?
