Ok so it’s malpositioned and will take longer from the initial external pip as it’s missed it’s internal pip. I’ve just gone through this with a lone gosling. Keep checking regularly when you get back after 48 hours but if you see blood pop it straight back in. Your temp and humidity are fine.

Take out that egg and with a tweezer chip off a tiny bit of shell and then stop. If any blood use corn starch or flour with a Q-Tip. To stop the bleeding...
