Hatching help please

I need some advice with hatching I have 2 eggs that hatched on day 20 and 8 eggs still in the incubater should I take the 2 out that hatched or leave them in there the eggs were all healthy when they went in the other eggs don't hate any pips to the outside yet

you can take the chicks out after they fluff a little, or they can stay
