Don't panick....It can go in now...Give it a soft sock or teddy and a mirror till its buddy hatches...Make sure the temp is good ....Congrats...I expect to see some pictures of the Ducklings too....:frow

Also...…I just read the thread again...Ducklings and Chicks all hatch like that...They are on their backs and tuck their heads under a wing to pip and zip out...They use their feet to kick out of the shell....All normal... Best of luck now with this other little Duckling.....:frow
 
Hello not sure on the breed I was told a mix thank you for the information he's doing well sleeping I'm exhausted to gonna rest up for his buddy who hasn't externally pipped yet but the shell is cracking where he's trying I'll send pics when he does
 
Hi my grandson whose 5 this weekend named our new little guy squeaker bc he chirps up a storm when he wants us to pay attention to him curls up in my grandsons lap chirps right at him lime what took you so long then snuggled in and slept lol his buddy is well on his way

Update on my 2nd baby she hatched all by herself but has wry neck my grandson named her Brooke yesterday she couldn't hold her head up or anything so I started her on vitamin E and poyvisol also have electrolytes in her mash been feeding her every 2 hours today she's holding her head up better walking a bit better so I put her I'm the brooder with fluffy our other baby and they get along great Brooke follows her over to the food which is also mash for now here are a couple pics
