Last year hatching (incubator) didn't go so will..so any suggestions?
I have Spotted Australians
At three weeks all embryos were still alive..but none hatched-->what am I doing wrong? The embryos look fully formed, none were broken through the air sacs. Some looked a little dry, most were moist.
I've tried both hand turning and using the turner.

Should I be spritzing them with water the last week or while in the hatcher? Leave them sitting upright in the hatcher?

Please help...

I have had a huge difference in hatch rates since I bought it 8 months ago. At first I used the turner- but found that hand turning the eggs worked much better. I also spritz the eggs every three days or so.
One thing I found was one of my thermometres was actually reading 4 degrees low. Its always a good idea to double check with a second one.
