Over achiever duck egg put my incubator into lock down two days early in an abundance of caution. Can’t wait!!!

He’s been wiggling a lot and shadowing a lot. Waiting for a distinct internal pip but just removed the turning tray and all that. Will keep y’all posted!

Good luck. As I tell anyone with an incubator, plan ahead by researching how to do an assisted hatch just in case. It's best to be prepared and not mess up if the time comes when a duckling needs help. Too many people think they need to assist and through ignorance kill the very thing that is precious to them.

Just saw two chicken eggs wiggling! They are my friend/neighbor's eggs that I offered to add to my duck eggs. (Yes added a week later to allow for the difference incubation time)

These are all the same duck egg. Slightly different angles and throughout the day today. Internal pip at least starting right?
