Hatching issue

Yeah, the duckling needs to rest, I had a few hatches the other day that were very weak, one kept falling on its back, its doing better today though, just keep them warm and flip the duckling back up as needed.

Little one needs rest from hatching. Give it time. And make a little space for it in the brooder so it doesn’t get stepped on by the other ducklings

Holding him upright. He is fast asleep. Thank you everyone, I was desperate for help last night and I thank you so much for the guidance. Now there are two more who need to hatch. They are chirping but seem unable to crack the shell any further.

Hi everyone! Been busy with these babies (& work) today! The baby is doing much better. He slept allllll day wrapped like a burrito in his cup! That kept him upright and safe from the other one. Worked great! Now he is trying to walk and took some water with a drop of molasses in it. Holding his head better.. still a bit ‘off’ with balancing it.
The second hatchling is a firecracker!! Doing great! The third one just hatched with a little assistance. She did most of the work though. She is in the incubator drying. Looks like she may have a deformed leg.. we are letting her rest before we examine it more closely. The last one is still in the egg, about halfway out. Color is good. Good energy. We are watching it carefully. Thank you all again so much!! I was SO freaked out last night, here alone. BF usually handles this part, but he had to go to work all night. I feel proud that I held it together and was able to follow all your great advice. Will keep you posted on the other 2.

Good morning, need your advice again. One of the ducklings has two deformed legs and feet, and a massively distended belly. It cannot stand up or roll over. We have had to keep him upright wrapped up inside of a cup. No interest in food. Has taken a few sips of water and water with a drop of molasses.

Is that the one that was in the almost shellless egg? Is it pooping at all?
