Good luck with your hatch!I'm almost in the exact same situation, day 20 in less than 4 hours. I saw one rocking 10 minutes ago. I'm sooo stressed and excited and trying to control myself at this point, haha !

Little sweetie, so much more precious being the only one! Hopefully the bigger chicks will be kind to him/her. Heard if they’re raised together there shouldn’t be any problems and who knows the silkie might end up being the boss! I don’t know where you’re located but Alabama Silkies ships all over the world currently only shipping in the US because of coronavirus. Here is my silkie that lived, yesterday and today. Something I hope you’ve got to look forward to

Well I live in Hawaii, mine came across the Pacific Ocean from Alabama. So far they’re looking pretty good I guess we’ll have to wait and see!Thank you, I’m in England and given the mess the regular postal service does to hatching eggs I better not risk anything from the US
My other eggs are bantam brahmas so I think they should be about the same size as my LF silkie? In the uk we have LF and bantam silkies, not sure if it’s the same over in the US though? The bantams are on day 20, same as Mother of chicks silkies but sadly no rocking here so not sure if they’re still alive? Really really really hope some one hatches so that Floof (my kids choice) is not alone.
All the best for everyone’s hatch days coming up, looking forward to seeing some pics![]()

Did you get your eggs from Alabama silkies? I have seen their birds and was wondering how good they were to work with?Well I live in Hawaii, mine came across the Pacific Ocean from Alabama. So far they’re looking pretty good I guess we’ll have to wait and see!
I believe we have mostly the bantam silkies here I have not seen the large foul versions of them. I’m sure they look really cool!
Love the name Floof!
They have been awesome to work with, very hands-on and helpful. Apparently they have a very high hatch rate so depending on what happens here hopefully that’s true for me as well. They have a very large operation and send the eggs out daily. Only took three days for them to get here to me.Did you get your eggs from Alabama silkies?
