What is the correct humidity and temperature to hatch a modern game bantam egg

I don't believe there is a difference whether it's bantam or large fowl chickens.

I do believe that the humidity and temp doesn’t change due to the type of bird. My Moderns were in an incubator with other breeds, and they all did fine. EXCEPT to give them a better chance, is to put them on lockdown day 18! This IS NOT nessacary, but MAY increase chances of hatching. This means to stop turning them. I personally do not lockdown, and they still hatch, but I did loose quite a few this year.
