hatching my own eggs?

I'm on day 10 with my own eggs...40 total...10 RIR and 30 BSL. This is my first ever incubation. I'm using an LG with turner and fan. Everything seems to be going well so far. I candled on day 8 and was that ever cool!!! I could even see a few eyeballs looking back!

I collected my eggs over a weeks time and at room temperature. My temp is staying around 99.5 and humidity 30 -40%. Will increase that to 60-65% at lockdown.

i had 14 i got out of my coop that had been in 20 degree weather for over a week, and i've got 7 with "things" inside growing lol... i think only 5 are still alive now though, the other 2 seem to have stopped growing.

next time i'll collect them right away and not let them get so cold!
