I have some pullets that have been laying for the last month, they are about 6 months. The eggs are still small but they lay daily I want to hatch some eggs from these pullets is it ok to hatch the small eggs or should I wait till they get bigger?

I like mine to be laying for at least 60 days before I do a test hatch. It seems to depend on the breed how long it takes for them to become viable for hatching. My cochin eggs weren't viable til she had been laying for 5 months.

I have 4 eggs in my incubator from a pullet that started 1 month ago. All are fertile and developing well on Day 9/10. Not sure if they will pull through all the way but they are looking good, small as they may be.
