Hatching NEED HELP asap

One on the eggs shell is halfway off, hen is eating it, but membrane is still intact. I think the egg is moving every now and then, but not sure. I candled the egg on day 19 and all was well, This is day 23. HELP!

She just try to help, you can check maybe the membrane to hard and the chick cant broke.

You sure is day 23? if it's blood that mean the chick need more time not ready.

Yes,she started setting on aug 6, the first chick hatched on day 19, no others yet

Day 22 all you eggs must hatch, but day 23 still blood that don't sounds right.

Tape the egg and just put back

If she does that is what her instinct is telling her to do. She knows way more than we do about what to do. I would let her do what she thinks is right. I have found if they dont hatch before day 23 they dont make it.
