I have 3 "brooders" that my wife used to use for parrots that had been pulled to soon or were not doing well. They are molded plastic boxes with plexiglass fronts, they have heating elements and a fan along with a water reservoir in the top. The temperature is adjusted with a thumb screw on the top that adjusts the wafer. They hold a steady temp. Could I move my eggs at day 19 into one of these units as long as I keep the temp at 99.5 and the humidity up?

I think it should be fine but maybe only move 1/2 the eggs to be safe. That way if something did go wrong (which with what your saying it shouldn't) you would not be out the whole hatch.

Some people hatch their eggs in egg cartons. You might want to try that.
