Hatching Peckin Ducks????

I have lots of questions I'm looking for some basic info....I have a duck that has been laying for 2 months or so. I don't use that many duck eggs so I ended up leaving a lot in the pen.. It got me thinking...how old will she be when she can have babies??? How will I know if she is ready? There is about 15 eggs that she took and has buried in some pine mulch bedding but she is not sitting on them, are they rotten? Will she get broody like a hen? Anything I can do to persuade her? How long does it take to hatch? How many usually hatch? Any and all info is very helpful! TIA

A hens instincts are to lay in one spot and cover the eggs with straw. We collect are eggs. Do you eat the eggs/sell them

I would say collect the eggs, but candle them, so if there is development you can see if shes been sitting or not. Post pics if your not sure.
