hatching problem HELP!

I have a chick that just hatched and has a bulging sack coming out from it! I had another chick that hatched yesterday still in the bator because i didnt want to open the lid and cause shrinking during the hatch. Im new to hatching please someone help its alive and moving but im concerned!

Looks like a yolk sac, maybe. Can u get a close up?

Hard to tell with that pic. I don't see a whole lot of actual yolk. I would expect to see more yellow with that much of a ball. I'll share a pic of one of mine and you can compare.

Ill get a better picture im afraid the other chick that hatched before this one had pecked it and caused it!

It looks like it's drying up. Is the chick active and eating?

Yes its drying up and the chick is active and eating but the one that hatched first is being a bully!
