Hatching problem yolk sack still attached still not absorbed all the way

HELP! I have a baby chick just hatched out about 30 mins ago is just laying there and yolk sack is still attached to back end not fully absorbed. What can I do. Help please

This has happened to me a couple times once with a duck.
-is the yoke still wet
- has the chick absorb any of the yoke
- has he got fluffy yet
There really is not much you can do at this point there really is not that much you can do he might absorb it and he might not, if he/she does not than her chance of survival go down considerably but she still has a chance l have seen chicks that don't absorb the yoke and still live.

She is still wet there is about a dime size yolk sack still attached
She is still wet and still in incubator shes chirping not moving though

I would say she still has a good chance of absorbing the yoke it looks pretty wet still

the yolk sack filled back up when it move it kicked and broke the yolk sack. What now its not going to make it is it?
