To incubated a few eggs, but is hard to tell the day they were suppose to hatch. They were under a hen for a while abut after a hurricane threat came I brought the eggs inside. 4 have hatched so far. One going strong but two that hatched today had curled toes and another has a lot of yoke on its butt.
Any suggestions! Freaking out, this is my second hatch and it's all still so new!

If the yolk sac isn't absorbed yet it's better to leave the chick in the incubator and keep the humidity up until it's absorbed. I know you can splint curled toes, but I've never done that myself. Maybe someone else can help you there.

Would pine flakes in the brooder help straighten them out? I left the three in the incubator seeing if the heat will help them out and one of the two was still really wet
