Hatching Problems Ducks

Hi all first time incubator with a hatching problem

Janel 24 incubator
Temp for first 25 days 37.5c
Humidity first 25 days 55%

Day 25 lockdown temp 37.2c
Day 25 humidity 65 - 70%

Temperature and humidity were regulated with a digital thermometer at egg level

it is day 31 with 2 small breaks it 2 of my 3 eggs all eggs are still alive and shake if the temperature drops when I check the eggs by opening the incubator this has been done twice on day 30 and day 31 today I have also heard chirps today from the eggs

I am stressing out as this is my first attempt at hatching eggs and it's all going wrong
Is the anything I can do?

All help would be apprecited as soon as possible

What breed are you hatching? Have you calibrated the temp on your incubator so you know for sure it's actually running at 37.5?

Yes all calibrated had digital thermometer in gator and this has just happened

Have to more pipped for 48 hours now will assist tomorrow if no movement

They are Aylesburies

The only thing that I can think of that would have slowed the hatch down is low temperature. If you only have one thermometer in there I would double check it before doing your next hatch.
