Well we sell eggs on ebay and most of our customers het around a 90% to 80% hatch rate so it is not that. And our eggs are clean as we get them.
Is there a specific way you have to put them in the hatcher?
If they are in a turner they should always be set with the fat end of the egg up and pointy end down. This also goes for when you are storing them prior to incubation. At day 18 when you stop turning and bump the humidity up they should be taken out of the turner and placed on their sides in the incubator for hatch. The turner needs to be removed from the incubator so hatched chicks can't become trapped in it.
