hatching problems

i have three chicks that are trying to get out of the eggs but it looks like they are having problems. they have got there beaks out but nothing else has happend for several hours. the last chick that hatched still has some white egg membrane stuck on him its been a few hours since he hatched. temp 100 humidity is 70
 
Wait. That is your advice.

If they have pipped, the initial hole it may take hours before they zip and actually get out.. You really don't want to help.

The one with the stuff hanging off of it, let it go. It will dry up and fall off on its own.

Patience Patience Patience.

It is the hardest thing to do, but wait.
 
I agree, it can sometimes take them up to 24 hours or longer before they fully emerge from the egg. Some go much faster, others are slow (at least from our perspective). The most important part of this stage is to leave them be to do their thing. Good luck with your hatch.
