Hatching process has begun!!

I woke up 2 hours ago so I apologize if my wording isn't correct.
Not sure when it actually started but when I went to lock up the birds for the night, I decided to check underneath Mouse to see how the egg was doing. While I was candling it, I saw the internal pip! I quickly but carefully slipped the egg back underneath Mouse. She's been acting weird since Tuesday so I'm going to be awake until after the duckling hatches as I'm worried she might quit completely. I do have the brooder set up for if that happens but I'm hoping she sticks to it.

I'll post pictures after it's finished hatching so you all can see it!

Checked on it again.
Looks like it started way earlier than it looked. Should be done by late morning/early afternoon.

I stopped checking the egg on Monday and just left them alone until last night. I would say it must have started sometime in the afternoon when I took a few hours nap.
