hatching Q

I have 6 duck eggs due for lockdown tomorrow on day 25. Four look ready, two are a little behind developing, but they are still alive. Should I put them all on lock down or move the four that look ready to the hatcher and give the other two a few more days in the turner?

No idea; I have my first eggs ready to hatch in 10 days time.
My thoughts are:-
~ Were they all put in the incubator at the same time? In which case, lock down applies to them all. Nature will do the rest.
~ Were they put in the incubator days apart? In which case, you will need to keep the youngest ones still turning.

Hopefully, someone with more experience will come along and answer your question.

All set at the same time. I posted in the chicken hatching and a guy said set them all, but I asked my feed store guy and he said think of it like humans, not all babies take exactly 9 months to grow, if they aren't ready leave them in the turner till they look ready.
