Hatching Question

I have one of those little three egg incubators. I have tried three times to hatch eggs and two of the three times I got at least one chick who had made it all the way to suck up the yolk and fully developed but never pip'd the shell and finished hatching. I have had plenty of water in the space for it and the temp is right at 100 degrees.
Any ideas how I can try to get one all the way to hatch?

I don't know myself, but I'd like to. We have one of those in our classroom and never got a hatch out of it either. I'll be watching to see what everyone says here. You're post will help us out I hope!

Sounds like they may be drowning in the air sac. I would try and reduce the humidity as low as possible. I had that same problem and when I stopped adding any water at all, I had much better hatches.
