Hatching refregirated eggs

I hatch refrigerated eggs most of the time.
I've always popped them under broodies while still cold, they gradually warm up under her. Never had an issue with hatching.

For incubator, I warm them up slightly, only when they begin sweating abit. Still no issues.

If you read through the thread you will see there are three along with three roosters and there is a broody involved, not an incubator.
Yes 3 but one is already sitting on eggs and another is looking broody so those two probably not laying so you can assume only one still laying I believe is what OP was stating.

My three roosters with one hen. This hen (on top right) is highest in pecking order among hens (I have two more hens shown below). The rooster on ground is the alpha one, highest in pecking order. Among those two roosters, the one on right is 2nd while the other is 3rd.
This 2nd one used to be alpha and the current alpha fought and claimed 1st position for a few days before 2nd one became 1st again. But later on the current 1st grew big and powerful and defeated 2nd one and now he is alpha for a few months now.

Alpha hen. She lays the most eggs and became broody last year but I didn't have any eggs then as I ate all. So she just used to sit broody all day for about 4, 5 months along with other hen (the one I opened this thread about)

Alpha. I am not a fan of him though. I love the 2nd one.

This is the hen I am talking about in thread. There is a piece of cloth on top of washing machine where she is sitting. She (2nd one) and the 1st hen (shown above) loves to sit here and lay eggs. As I told above, when 1st hen became broody and used to sit all alone in a cage, she also one day went and sit along with her. It's like giving moral support. This went on for 4, 5 months where they both didn't lay any eggs.
Now this 2nd one has become broody and the 1st one went and sit besides her on washing machine. This pic was taken before she sat because at sunset time when I went to check up on them as they go inside their cage, I saw that 1st hen was sitting besides 2nd one. Looks like giving moral support like 2nd one gave her last year. Or may be they are friends.

This is 3rd hen which is broody for the past 10 days and sitting on eggs.

I'm surprised your Aseel roosters live together with minimal issues.

Increasing hens maybe a good idea to do, it'll give the boys more hens to choose from.

You can test if she's broody. Take her off the nest, & see if she stays put, & fluffs up. Or if she goes back to the nesting area. She'll probably cluck like a ticking time bomb too.

Yeah they get along really well. I got them on 27 Dec 2020 when they were a week old so they are like 14 months old now. They rarely fight and live peacefully. 1st and 3rd are same breed which I believe is Aseel because when I asked the seller what breed are they, he said Aseel. The 2nd one is clearly a different breed. In case of hens, all three are different.
I am thinking of selling or eating 1st one and possibly 3rd too and keeping only 2nd one.

Aseel vary, they don't all appear exactly the same in body shape. But it's upto you. They're definitely pretty.

Except the hen which is sitting on eggs for the past 11 days, all culprits in one frame. Both hens came outside for a quick meal so I took a snap. I got a carton/box for this hen and placed 4 eggs in it but she is not sitting. Tried 2, 3 times. The 3rd hen is also broody so I need to get another box but the problem is making them sit.

Hens can be stubborn to get sitting in a particular spot. I've tried swapping spots with broodies, & they didn't like it very much, & refused to sit.
